Most of the religions are seeking after the truth and encourage people to seek the truth, but Jesus did not come to start another religion, He came to declare that He Himself is the truth and no once can reach to God except through Him.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. - John 14:6 

 

Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ

John 1:17 (KJV)
17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

John 1:14 (KJV)
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

True Worship Requires Truth

John 4:23 (KJV)
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Truth sets people free and brings freedom

John 8:32 (KJV)
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Many people in the world are in bondage of unprofitable/ harmful tradtions, rituals and lies. Jesus came to set them free, He is alive and sets people free even now.
